To take you into your inner calm we recommend you start your treatment off in our Infrared sauna. This will detox your body, increase your blood circulation, giving more oxygen to your skin and energy to your mind, followed by a sea salt bodyscrub to rub away any trace of dead skin cells, leaving your body soft as silk.
